North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) are working for and on behalf of NHS England North (Cumbria and North East) who wish to commission Health and Justice Radiology Diagnostics. The main aims and objectives of this procurement are to have a fully functioning RD service to commence on 1.5.2016 specifically delivering the following services: — Mobile X-ray and associated reporting, — Mobile Ultrasound and associated reporting, and — Mobile MRI and associated reporting. Full compliance with the following regulatory requirements: — Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended), — NHS (Procurement, Patient Choice and Competition) (No 2.) Regulations 2013, and — Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012.
