Tender description
Tender for the Provision of Annual Gas Safety Inspection and Servicing of Gas Appliances. Tender submissions are invited from contractors to support the Council to undertake its Landlords Duty in ensuring that gas safety inspection, service and associated repair works for all gas pipework, appliances and fittings owned by the Council are carried out within statutory timescale in various types of properties within Sandwell. The duration of the contract will be for a period of 36 months commencing 1.8.2018 until 31.7.2021. The current annual expenditure for the provision of these services is 1 200 000 EUR. The Council operates an eleven month gas servicing cycle and there are currently 26, 282 properties with a live gas supply. Please refer to the ITT document. Please refer to the ITT document.
