Tender description

ESB requires the provision of these Business Continuity Services in Ireland (Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland). It is currently envisaged that the services include PCs, secure storage, details of subscribers, exercising & testing, hot site locations, security /facilities, technical support, telecommunications, MPLS, PABX /voice services and BC planning support. As well as the work area requirement there is a need for additional support and facilities from the hot-site vendor. Dublin Min 300 seats (subject to Change). It is currently envisaged that the services include PCs, secure storage, details of subscribers, exercising & testing, hot site locations, security /facilities, technical support, telecommunications, MPLS, PABX/voice services and BC planning support. As well as the work area requirement there is a need for additional support and facilities from the hot-site vendor. Cork Minimum 100 seats (Subject to Change). It is currently envisaged that the services include PCs, secure storage, details of subscribers, exercising & testing, hot site locations, security /facilities, technical support, telecommunications, MPLS, PABX/voice services and BC planning support. As well as the work area requirement there is a need for additional support and facilities from the hot-site vendor. Belfast requirement for 10-15 seats (subject to change). It is currently envisaged that the services include PCs, secure storage, details of subscribers, exercising & testing, hot site locations, security /facilities, technical support, telecommunications, MPLS, PABX/voice services and BC planning support. As well as the work area requirement there is a need for additional support and facilities from the hot-site vendor.
