Tender description

Contracts Finder Notice- Requesting formal expressions of interest to provide a Minimally Invasive Vasectomy Services in Coventry and Warwickshire via an AQP (2nd Window) NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of the commissioner(s), NHS Coventry and Rugby CCG (C & R CCG) as the lead on behalf of themselves and South Warwickshire Clinical Commissioning Group (SW CCG), and Warwickshire North CCG, would like to invite qualified providers to formally express their interest in being able to apply to provide Minimally Invasive Vasectomy Services under an Any Qualified Provider (AQP) arrangement. You must respond to this advert with your expression of interest, in order to be invited to apply to provide these services. If you do not respond, by the given deadline, and with any further information requested following that expression of interest, you will be excluded from being able to provide these services for the period quoted below. There is service provision already in place in Coventry and Rugby following an AQP Accreditation process in 2015, and those existing contracts have been extended, in line with their Contract Terms up until 31st March 2020. This advert is aimed at attracting new provision to support those existing contracts, and to provide more patient choice, in line with the Patient Choice and Competition Regulations 2013 which was outlined in the original procurement carried out in 2015. The service start date will be as soon as possible, following the successful AQP accreditation, this is therefore expected to be around April - June 2018. However, your organisation will also be able to apply on the premise that you will provide services from a date later than this if you wish. To help aid your decision as to if you would like to express an interest, the service specification for the services is attached. You are able to express an interest (and then apply) as an individual organisation, a consortia or a federation. To formally express your organisation's interest, please respond by no later than 5pm Monday 2nd April 2018 The application process that follows is anticipated to be run through AGCSU's procurement portal Bravo (https://ardengemcsu.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html). Please ensure you are registered with this portal, and include your exact registered name in the information you provide as your expression of interest. (only one application is allowed from each independent organisation) Once you have expressed your interest, you will be invited to submit your response via the Bravo Portal in April 2018, with the aim of having the contract in place as soon as possible
