COMMUNAL LANDSCAPING AND GARDEN IMPROVEMENT WORKS TO THE FISHER GARDENS ESTATE, KNARESBOROUGH

Tender description

Improvements to communal grounds and garden areas at the Fisher Gardens Estate, Knaresborough to upgrade the open spaces for Council owned and Lease-held dwellings. Contractors are asked to provide us within their quotation for the remodelling and landscaping works at the Fisher Gardens Estate, Knaresborough, North Yorkshire. A detailed specification regarding the works is included within this document along with a priced schedule of rates document. All sections must be priced within this document without fail. Working hours are strictly 08:30 to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. No weekend working will be allowed unless in exceptional circumstances and with the pre-approval of the Council's maintenance surveyor and the tenant. Contractors will be asked to submit the following:- • A Method Statement • Risk Assessments • Training and Qualification records for employees The work will comprise of a pre-start site survey with Harrogate Borough Council's Maintenance Surveyor who will agree the programme of work and any amendments or changes to the schedule outlined in this tender document. Work will be based on the priced schedule. Contractor to confirm start date with the Council's Surveyor at least one week beforehand.
