Tender description

CIE is seeking to establish a panel of suitably qualified companies who may be invited to bid for fuel hedging services that may arise over the next 3 years (with an option to extend for an additional 1 year at CIE’s discretion). Applicants will be selected for the panel based on a pre-qualification process and execution of an ISDA agreement. It is intended that the qualification system will have an initial duration of 3 years with options at CIE’s discretion to extend its duration for a further 1 year up to a maximum of 4 years. The qualification system will remain open to new applicants throughout its duration, and suitably qualified applicants may join the qualification system at any stage by completing and submitting the pre-qualification questionnaire at Appendix 1. (Minimum requirements of this PQQ must be met and an ISDA agreement must also be executed in order to be appointed to the QS) Please see the attached PQQ further details.
