Tender description

NHS South of England Procurement Services, acting on behalf of Health Education England (the Commissioner) are commencing a tender for assessing & delivering executive leader talent pool(s) across the NHS system. HEE are seeking an expert talent provider(s) to work with us at pace to design and deliver the English NHS wide executive leader talent pipeline(s) assessment gateway approach, inclusive of: • Lot 1: an NHS specific executive core capability framework, which would directly support and enable, • Lot 2: designing and delivering an assessment 'gateway' approach into various NHS executive talent pools (eg established and aspiring). This also includes thought towards helping us design (not deliver) subsequent talent pool development approaches and how we could sustain the ongoing delivery of such a gateway assessment approach. The contract is expected to run from 14th February 2018 until completion on the 31st August 2018 with a maximum value for both lots of £160k inclusive of vat.
