Tender description

Invest NI wishes to appoint a suitable Contractor for the supply and delivery of its offline media placement, monitoring and evaluation services. The appointed Contractor will be expected to work with Invest NI’s Communications Group to: (a) develop integrated media strategies and supporting media plans for offline campaigns; (b) identify, negotiate and secure offline media opportunities in local and international markets, as well as provide comprehensive media planning, buying and placement services, and media monitoring and evaluation services; and (c) provide campaign-related reporting and monitor, record, evaluate and optimise channel and campaign performance. The Contract will be awarded for an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend for 3 further periods of 1 year each.
