Tender description

This Framework is for the Supply and Delivery of Virgin Wood Pellets to ISO17225-2 — Enplus A1 Standard or Equivalent Standard to various end-user sites within the County of Durham and on an as and when required basis. The Council’s intention is to appoint a maximum of 3 Provider(s) onto the Framework using a ranking system. The highest ranking Provider in the league table of 3, with due regard to capacity, financial limitations and available resources, will be awarded all of the business. If the highest ranking Provider is unable to supply or fail to carry out the contract as per the Specification, the requirement on that particular occasion will be offered to the 2nd place Provider and so on. However, the 1st place Provider will always be offered the business first.
