Tender description

The Provider shall deliver a Short Breaks Service to provide a range of short breaks for disabled children and young people in the County of Staffordshire. This shall include a resource centre that offers accommodation and facilities for residential and outreach community-based short breaks for disabled children and young people and their families / carers. (This is what the Council would expect from the Provider’s normal service delivery. However, there may be exceptional circumstances that arise which may be out of the Council’s control. If these circumstances do arise, the Council would expect to liaise with the Provider to determine a temporary change in service provision.).
