Tender description
The Council wishes to appoint an experienced contractor(s) to undertake this project in order to reduce the energy consumed and improve the resilience of the Moorside data centre facility. The 4 primary areas that are being procured are as follows: — Electrical works including but not limited to Switchboards / Power / lighting / UPS and a Generator, — Removal and disposal of 4 legacy Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units and the supply and installation of 5 new CRAC units incorporating Free Air Cooling, — Installation of Cold Aisle Containment and services, — Building Environment works.
