London Underground has a requirement for the design, manufacture and supply of 92TS trains (Central and Waterloo & City lines) external sliding door panels. The door panels are required to replace damaged and defective doors that are beyond economic repair. There are 2 types of door panel required, a Saloon Right Hand and a Saloon Left Hand – 50 doors panels of each type are required giving a total of 100 door panels. Installation does not form part of this procurement, however the supplier may be required to provide prototype installation support. Interested parties should submit an expression of interest in this project by registering an interest on ProContract. Please also email Jonathan Hall at JonathanHall@tfl.gov.uk to express interest. Market Engagement activities will look to take place for this opportunity between March and April 2018. Any possible future procurement of any services, supplies or works by TfL would be carried out strictly in accordance with any relevant obligations under the utilities contracts Regulations 2016.
