Tender description

Kent County Council (KCC) is looking for a contractor to support its Bus Real Time Information System (RTI). The RTI system enables all users to have access to live travel information via on street signs or a web browser. This requires a service to collate and import TransXChange data into the system and monitor performance. The RTI system is to promote wider use of bus services and reduce congestion on the Highway Network. It provides bus operators with priority at many traffic signals to make services look more attractive. All questions, queries and correspondence must be submitted through the portal.
