Tender description

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to tender for the supply of decanting (removals) and environmental disposal services. The framework will commence on 1.9.2018 and will be for a period of 4 years. Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested by 14:00 on Tuesday 17.4.2018. Corporate moves for example maybe: Moving furniture from one location to another location in the same building, moving furniture from one building to another building, moving furniture from a building to a storage unit, etc. For some moves there maybe a requirement for dismantling and reassembling furniture ie desks. Capital project moves and school moves for example maybe: Moving furniture from one location to another location in the same building, moving furniture from one building to another building on the same site. It may be the case that new furniture will be purchased for a particular project, the furniture will be delivered to the contractors storage facilities by the supplier and then in due course the contractor will delivery and install the furniture to the project or school location. For some moves there maybe a requirement for dismantling and reassembling furniture ie desks.
