Tender description

This contract is for the provision of a full daily cleaning and caretaking service Monday to Friday for four schools in Oxfordshire within the Aspirations Academies Trust MAT. The contract is being offered for a 3 year period and the proposed commencement date is 1.9.2018. The contract is for a daily cleaning and caretaking service during term time and also outside of term time. Caretaking services is for two of the schools only: Harriers Banbury Academy and Dashwood Banbury Academy. TUPE is expected to apply details of which can be found within the tender documentation. The appointment of successful tenderer will be made to ensure a new contract is in place for September 2018. The contract is being offered for an initial period of 3 years with 2 possible extensions of 12 months each. The caretaking portion of the contract is to be priced for seperately from the cleaning service as the schools may decide to only award a contract for cleaning services. This contract is for the provision of a full daily cleaning service Monday to Friday for Banbury Academy Secondary School and 6th Form. The contract is being offered for a 3 year period and the proposed commencement date is 1.9.2018. The contract is for a daily cleaning service during term time and also outside of term time.
