Provide a detailed survey of the trees contained within the park, describing tree health and condition and geo-referencing those of significance. Surveys must adhere to high data quality standards ensuring that maps are snapped to the basemap where possible and that textual data is accurately and comprehensively captured. Outputs should be projected to the British National Grid. Intellectual property rights around derived digitised data is owned by the Council. It is desirable to have knowledge of using MapInfo Professional or ESRI GIS software and file formats or some sort of exposure to the GIS industry and a good understanding of interpreting Ordnance Survey maps. The Report will lay out prescriptions for management and maintenance and recommendations to enhance the biodiversity interest of the park, to be incorporated in the Park’s Management and Maintenance Plan (MMP).
