The requirement is for the supply of a new RPMM system. The system should provide the basis to take forward a number of initiatives including: — the provision for operatives to receive real time notification of jobs, — allowing real time scheduling of all jobs, — enabling electronic confirmation by a tenant that a job has been completed, — exploring and enhancing the opportunities for flexible working, — exploring opportunities for alternative stock management mechanisms, — real time progress monitoring for service users through a web portal or mobile app, — provides managers with a real time overview of contracts, costs and repairs, — flexible planned maintenance and servicing functionality, and — to record and maintenance full stock condition records.
