Gateshead Council will shortly be undertaking a tender process for the Provision of Family Support Services and Crisis Services to Children aged 0-17 years and their Families in Gateshead. We would like to invite you to attend a market engagement event for the Above contract which will take place on Wednesday 21st March 2018 at 11.00 to 1pm, Council Chamber, Gateshead Civic Centre NE8 1HH. Please come to Care Wellbeing and Learning reception on the first floor or go direct from Reception at the entrance to the Council chamber is on the First Floor. The aim of the session is to ensure that potential bidders are fully informed of; • What our new service needs are for Gateshead • The agreed service aims • To gather your feedback on our proposed model and to seek your engagement in further developing that model • The tender process • The available budget Providers will have an opportunity at this information session to seek clarification on any of the above. The tender for this contract will be published in due course and Providers will be invited to tender at this stage. Any queries you may have regarding the information session should be raised via the messaging section within this project and responses, unless commercially sensitive, will be shared with all organisations.
