Eventus, Culture and Arts wish to appoint a single firm to fulfil its requirements for the provision of temporary sound, lighting and audio visual services associated with some of the key events organised within Queens University Belfast, including its Graduation ceremonies. Information on various scenarios indicative of those which the appointed Economic Operator is likely to be required to fulfil are provided in the ITT Specification, Annex 1 and Appendix 1. The information is based on historical events and, as such, the University cannot guarantee any level of business under any resultant contract.
