Kitchen Appliance Maintenance at British Consulate-General San Francisco Official Residence and Business Office

Tender description

We require a company to provide kitchen appliance maintenance at a residential property at 12 Presidio Terrace and occasionally at our business office at 1 Sansome St. The appliances in need of maintenance are generally commercial grade although some appliances are designed for household use. Some appliances may require a specially trained technician (i.e. - Hobart commercial dishwasher and SubZero commercial refrigerator). Ideally we would like the successful bidder to be able to subcontract specialty service providers on our behalf, invoicing us for the work of the subcontractor(s). Please describe how you will meet these minimum requirements. The successful bidding company should be fully bonded and insured and all technicians in possession of applicable licenses, if any. Please confirm that you accept these measures and provide evidence that you can meet or exceed these standards or how you will achieve them when you deliver the contract.
