Tender description

Portsmouth City Council 'the Council' is inviting tenders from Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) approved insurers to provide Marine Liability Insurances for Portsmouth International Port. The cover has been broken down into 2 Lots. Tenders may be submitted for one or both Lots. Insurance Broking services do not form part of this tender and bids will not be accepted from Insurance Brokers. Contracts will commence on 30.6.2019 and will be let for a three year period with an option to extend for up to 2 further years in increments to be agreed to a maximum total term of 5 years, at the option of the Council. Closing date for tender submission will be 14:00 on Wednesday 24.4.2018. The estimated value of the combined requirements is approximately 520 000 GBP over the maximum 5 year period. Extensions to: LSW1512 — Advice and Information Extension (Liability). LSW1513 — Fines and Duty Extension (Liability). LSW1514 — Infringement of Personal Rights Extension (Liability.
