Tender description

Northamptonshire County Council is acting as the lead commissioner on behalf of the Council and NHS England to procure a high-quality integrated sexual health and outpatient HIV Service (NISHH) that provides equitable and open access countywide to self-help info and advice, preventive, diagnostic and treatment services and timely referral to specialist services. Please note: After careful consideration of its circumstances, the council has decided to discontinue the Integrated Sexual Health and HIV Service (NISHH) tender process, with immediate effect. This decision is made pursuant to paragraph 2.1.8 of the invitation to tender whereby the council reserves the right to “amend, add to or withdraw all or any Section of this ITT at any time during the procurement exercise. Should the availability of the externally committed funding be withdrawn by this body, or NCC Budgets become unavailable”. The council is assessing its procurement options going forward and its intentions in this regard will be made known in due course.
