Essex Partners have recently launched an ambitious vision for our county, The Future of Essex. Our aspiration is to create collaborative leaders that will shape the future by delivering the vision and by seeing issues not in Police, health or council silos, but instead as common challenges that we need to work on together. The Leading Greater Essex programme will be ambitious, innovative and enabling. It will provide a learning environment where participants' experience, knowledge and expertise converge to re-frame critical issues facing the public sector in Essex. The Leading Greater Essex programme wants a service to deliver this ambitious programme and is open to a flexible supplier solution, including supplier collaboration and multiple supplier provision covering delivery of the whole programme.
