The procurement of a CSH Design practice to act as the civil, structural and highways engineer from RIBA stage 1 to 7 to design and deliver (1) a new Manchester City Centre campus and (2) new and refurbished facilities at the Openshaw campus. Co-ordinating with the lead designer to design and deliver to the client's budget, programme and aspirations for innovative facilities via a design and build contract including novation.
