Tender description
The overall objective of this scheme is the provision of space for the construction of the permanent traffic management along the R680 and surrounding city roads between the Tramore Road (R675) Junction and Catherine St (R708) Junction. This scheme requires the demolition of houses and ancillary structures on Hennessey’s Road to accommodate the aforementioned road improvements and includes: • Demolition of five number houses 24 Convent Hill, 8 Hennessy’s Road, 9 Hennessy’s Road 34 Hennessey’s Road, 1 Castle Terrace. • Permanent Structural Support of 23 Convent Hill • Site clearance of all waste materials • Installation of boundary fences and walls • Excavation and Surface preparation works • Waterproofing, insulatating and rendering exposed walls
