Tender description

The Service aims to maximise the health potential of all children and young people aged 0-19 in Redbridge, regardless of where they are born, live or educated to enable children to make the most of their education and wider social opportunities. Utilising their autonomy, clinical skills and professional judgement, health visitors and school nurses will ensure that all children receive the full service offer (HCP 0– 19) including universal service and early identification of complex needs and refer to specialist services.
