The council invites tender bids for the Glasgow City Council (“GCC”) wishes to engage with a suitably experienced and qualified Cleaning Services Provider to plan, deliver and manage the Cleaning Services for the Glasgow 2018 European Championships (“Glasgow 2018”) at various venues. Please note: Please note that validation of the undernoted is a mandatory requirement within the Technical Envelope for all Lots and failure to answer Yes will result in your bid not being taken through to evaluation stage. The question will be worded as follows and your response should be listed within the Technical Envelope within each Lot in PCS-T: Absolute Availability and Capability. Please confirm that your organisation will have the relevant number of staff to capably carry out the full requirements of the Venue Cleaning service contract between the following dates 3.1.2018 — 12.8.2018 for contract Management and 1.8.2018 — 12.8.2018 for the actual Venue Cleaning Service. Failure to answer Yes will result in the supplier being rejected and not taken through to evaluation stage. This will be a (Yes/No)response leading to a pass/fail.
