Can you please advise whether after this "initial" period (aside from travel to other sites) that the worker would be permitted to work remotely, if there was not a business need? The majority of work will involve working with users within the business who are based on site. We anticipate that a high level of ongoing face-to-face interaction will be required and do not see how a specialist who is not onsite for at least 3, but probably 4, days a week could deliver the outcomes without this face-to-face engagement.
