Tender description

The supply of a Facilities Management Service for the Warwickshire Justice Centres at Nuneaton and Leamington Spa. Type of Procedure: Competitive procedure with negotiation. The contracting authority reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial tenders without conducting negotiations. The supply of a Facilties Management Service to two Justice Centres in Warwickshire. One at Nuneaton and the other at Leamington Spa. Services within the scope of this requirement include, but are not limited to: 1.
