Tender description

YPO are looking at the potential to procure a framework for Travel Management Services which will include all UK and international train, accommodation and air bookings. The framework will also cover additional related services including (but not limited to) ferry bookings, venue find services, oyster cards, visa and passport services, coach journeys, taxi services and pre-booked parking. The framework will be structured with 1 lot which will cover the full range of services and will be delivered via an online booking tool and an offline booking service. One of the main outputs of the framework will be to deliver the highest possible level of online adoption; alongside the keenest possible commercial model i.e. low or 0 GBP transaction fee with supplier commission retention. The provision of an online booking tool and an offline booking service for all national and international business travel requirements and additional supporting services.
