Spelthorne Borough Council are currently out to tender for the provisions of consultancy services for the redevelopment of Benwell House, Sunbury. The tender is divided into the following lots: o Lot 1 (Project Manager) o Lot 2 (Architect) o Lot 3 (Quantity Surveyor) o Lot 4 (Structural Engineer) o Lot 5 (MEP) Suppliers that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to 'Express Interest' upon which they will be given access to the full tender documentation delivery through the e-tendering system. When tender documents have been made available suppliers will receive notification via email and the tender documents can be accessed from 'My Tenders' area of this website and selecting 'View Details' button for this project.
