Tender description

To procure a new Highways Asset Management System for SBC’s Highways, Street Lighting, Grounds, Pavement Management, Street works, Bridges and Structure, Drainage and Public Rights of Way teams and potentially there is scope to use this system for other services in the future. The initial contract term will be for 36 months with option to extend for a further 48 months (4 periods of 12 months) subject to budget availability and contract performance as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is between 160 000 GBP and 474 000 GBP across the initial 3 year contract term and between 474 000 GBP and 742 000 GBP across the potential total 7 year contract term. The current contract expires end of 31.3.2018 and work is underway to extend the contract to 30.3.2019.
