Tender description

The NMC: — needs to migrate its legacy application to Microsoft Dynamic 365 (CRM) over a number of years as dictated by business and technology need and budget, — requires a Customer Relationship Management Delivery Partner to lead the migration and undertake software design, configurations and integration, — will undertake the SIAM role and the Operations aspect of DevOps. The NMC will appoint a strategic partner who will undertake business and technology analysis in the context of the business and technical strategies and go on to design, build, A-test and deliver applications into the NMC operations environment. The supplier will be required to configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, build interfaces both temporary and permanent, construct software code using .NET and Microsoft SQL Server as necessary and appropriate for integration. NMC must keep mission critical applications operational during the transition to the new CRM platform. A jointly developed and maintained Roadmap will determine the order in which the migration happens and when decommissioning of all or part of the legacy applications take place. The NMC will operate a call-off contract or mini-framework for four (4) years to deliver discrete releases of software in accordance with the Roadmap.
