Sheffield City Region: Provision of SCR Energy Strategy and Delivery Plan (Phase 3)

Tender description

The purpose of this commission is to produce an Energy Strategy and Delivery Plan for the Sheffield City Region (SCR) to 2040. This is the final Phase 3 of the project to prepare the Strategy and Delivery Plan. The Strategy and Delivery Plan will identify how the SCR can achieve its stated ambition of becoming a leader in low carbon, resilient energy, and position itself to deliver the Government’s Industrial Strategy ambitions for ‘affordable energy and clean growth.’ It will provide a clear plan of how our economy can decarbonise and decouple the link between economic growth and the growth in energy demand, whilst increasing productivity and competitiveness.
