Tender description

The EPA intends establishing a single framework for each of two Lots: • Lot 1: the 24 hour National Environmental Complaints Line for all 31 local authority functional areas throughout the Republic of Ireland, and • Lot 2: the 24 hour Radon line for the EPA. The framework(s) will be for a period of four years and the initial contract awarded for a period of three years with reviews to occur annually.Thereafter potentially a further three-year contract may be awarded for one or both Lots.
