Tender description

As part of Waltham Forest Council's new Corporate Strategy, Creating Futures, we want to develop new ways of working as a Council and a new relationship with the communities of Waltham Forest. To support delivery of Creating Futures we have developed Modern Councillors, a programme which aims to modernise the role of councillors, including how they engage residents. We are seeking to create the content for a toolkit which will provide guidance on resident engagement for councillors. The content should communicate how councillors can actually deliver engagement activities while highlighting the pitfalls and opportunities to maximise their engagement.
