RE18015 Laboratory Gas Pipework Supply and Installation Invitation to Quote

The final date and time for the submission of bids is Tuesday 30th January 2018 at 11:00 DO NOT apply directly to the buyer. All tender information MUST be submitted through the CCS eSourcing Portal. Scope of Work and specification The supply and site fabrication of 5 off continuous stainless steel (flow & return for each circuit) service lines from position shown on the accompanying South Building Ground Floor Plan Drawing to termination points within Compressor Store for each of the 5 off circuits. Supply of piping materials in 1/2" O.D. x 0.049" W/T Grd 316 Finetron Plug drawn, annealed, inner surface less than 0.4um High Purity Seamless Tube and Fittings; all cleaned for pure gas applications. Pipework to be continuous with no connections allowed with the exception of the following:- BSP brass quick- connect type fitting at both ends of each flow and return lines on all circuit. Each connection will have a stainless adaptor to allow the installation of 1/2" OD Finetron Grd 316 tube for Helium Lines. 1/2" Swagelok Series 40 Ball valve at both ends of each flow and return lines on all circuits with a Swagelok Pressure Gauge on both flow and return lines at tools side only. Appropriate lined pipe clips and unistrut brackets for Helium lines shall be used for intermediate support of pipework.
