RBGKEW/391 Venue Hire & Commercial Filming Security

Tender description

RBG Kew Enterprises Limited wishes to appoint a supplier to provide security and stewarding services for venue hire and commercial filming events at The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. It is intended that the contract will commence on 1st March 2018 for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend by up to a further two 1 year periods (3+1+1). The services will be called off as required and The Authority makes no commitment to any minimum spend. For further details of our requirement please see the attached Specification of Services. Potential suppliers must submit a fully completed Selection Questionnaire in order to be taken forward. Potential suppliers of the highest scoring Selection Questionnaires will be taken forward and Invited to Tender in October 2017. This is expected to be between 3 and 6 potential suppliers. All returned Selection Questionnaires will be acknowledged on receipt. RBG Kew Enterprises Limited is the trading arm of the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, and is a limited company and therefore not subject to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
