Tender description
In October 2014, Network Rail established 11 programme framework contracts for Property, Electrification and Plant, Earthwork and Structures renewals work across a number of regions, pursuant to an OJEU procurement process, the contract notice for which was published 21/06/2013. These frameworks cover repeatable work-types with contract values typically below 5 000 000 GBP. The initial term covers the CP5 work bank October 2014 to March 2019. Network Rail retained the right to extend the contracts by a period of up-to 5 years. This notice relates to Network Rail's intention to extend the frameworks to cover the CP6 work bank and modify the framework terms for the period of the extension. NR intends to extend the frameworks for all Lots awarded except the frameworks for LNW South Structures work and LNW North (Southern) Property works.
