Tender description

The Borough Council of Bolton (“the Authority”) is prepared to receive tenders for RIBA Architects to Refurbish Westhoughton High School – RIBA Work Stages 1-6 and Project Management Services which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. Westhoughton High School have been requested to increase their Pupil Admission Number to 270 which will require the provision of additional classrooms to cater for the increase in pupil numbers. It is also an opportunity to address some condition issues. The works will therefore include: Demolition, provision of additional classrooms, associated M&E works, and a review of the current toilet accommodation to ensure these comply with current guidelines.
