Tender description

SPS has a requirement for maintenance Services for the existing TETRA-based digital radio system (including all associated hardware and software) across all SPS establishments. When required, the Supplier shall also be required to replace existing System equipment (and include associated maintenance) as and when instructed by the SPS in accordance with the minimum Specification provided by SPS. The Supplier shall ensure the Purchaser retains an operational TETRA-based digital radio System (including all necessary hardware and software) at each of the Purchaser’s Sites. If a new System is required, the supplier shall supply, install and commission the system in accordance with the requirements detailed in the specification. The purpose of this procurement exercise is to award a contract for a Supplier to provide maintenance Services for the existing TETRA-based digital radio system (including all associated hardware and software) across all SPS establishments. When required, the supplier shall also be required to replace existing System equipment (and include associated maintenance) as and when instructed by the SPS in accordance with the minimum specification.
