Tender description

Orbit Group Ltd (Orbit) is seeking to appoint a manufacturer for the supply of Kitchens for the next 3 years with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years (5 Years in total). Manufacturers will need to be able to provide a range of kitchen options which meet both the quality standards and budgets available for its stock and which meet the new builds requirements and planned & reactive maintenance programme. The intention is for Orbit to adopt a single base standard which would have enough flexibility in its design and additional features to provide a fit for purpose solution for all tenure types. This will result in a ‘3 Tier’ specification:- Tier 1: Social Rented, Tier 2: Private Rented and Tier 3: Low Cost Home Ownership / Outright Sale Keywords: Kitchen
