Tender description

The diagnostic test for direct access to non-obstetric ultrasound service is currently under AQP arrangements with approximately 20 providers awarded the AQP contract in 2012/13 on a North Kent/West Kent basis. In the Medway CCG area only 5 of the AQP providers have been used in the past 12 months. There are also subcontracting arrangements in place for additional capacity. The scope of the new service will be set out in the service requirements at the tender stage of the procurement process. Please refer to Section VI.3 for any actions required by potential providers at this stage.
