The University of Manchester (UoM) requires a supplier to provide the provision of Pre-Degree Programmes for International Students. The services anticipated are as follows: 1) develop and deliver pre-degree programmes for international students that attain progression standards for entry into the University of Manchester 2) establish a brand and international marketing network to recruit sufficient numbers of international students of suitable quality for progression to the University of Manchester 3) supply a method for the delivery, for example rental, construction or procurement, and operation of a high quality learning environment to accommodate the college's teaching and ancillary services within close proximity of the main campus
