Tender description

Lot 1: The procurement of Principal Designer to act as the Clients Principal Designer and Adviser from RIBA stage 1 to 7 to design and deliver new and refurbished facilities at the Openshaw Campus. Co-ordinating with the lead designer to design and deliver to the client's budget, programme and aspirations for innovative facilities via a design and build contract including novation. Full details of the scope of the commission is included within the procurement documents. Please note that the deadline for submitting clarification questions regarding this opportunity has been set to 9 am on the 3rd April 2018.
