Tender description

The procurement of an MEP Design practice to act as the mechanical, electrical and public health designer from RIBA stage 1 to 7 to design and deliver new and refurbished facilities at the Openshaw Campus. Co-ordinating with the lead designer to design and deliver to the client's budget, programme and aspirations for innovative facilities via a design and build contract including novation. Full details of the scope of the commission is included within the procurement documents.
