Tender description
The Council, along with stakeholders, would like to procure the services of experienced consultant(s) to produce a Spatial Regeneration Framework (SRF) to deliver the regeneration and development of the Knowledge Quarter Gateway (KQG) area of Liverpool. The appointed consultants will be required to produce a draft Spatial Regeneration Framework (SRF) and support the Council in undertaking public consultation on the draft document. Fundamental to the preparation of the draft SRF will be detailed consultation with key stakeholders and the draft document will form the basis of a wider public consultation undertaken by the Council.
