Tender description

Tideway are currently undertaking a market engagement exercise to reach out to all interested parties in the provision of an IS Managed Service Provider. The proposed procurement structure would encompass a single supplier agreement, established under the OJEU Negotiated Procedure, in accordance with SIPR (Specified Infrastructure Projects Regulations) modified regime of the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016. The current scope of services has been included below, however Tideway reserves the right to amend this description prior to issuing the formal Contract Notice: 1. provision of End User Computing support for around 500 users. This includes PC Software and Hardware. Desktop to include monitors and desk IT set-up (USB hub, keyboard, mouse, riser); 2. provision of LAN/WiFi/WAN/Telephony and onsite end user support at London Bridge (Cottons) head office); 3. provision of Onsite PC support of Tideway users at each of the 3 main London construction sites (Chamber Wharf, Kirtling Street and Carnwath Road) as well managing support at Tideway remote site Camelford House / London Vauxhall; 4. provision of Data Centre, storage, monitoring and back-up services. Hosting Tideway business applications including SQL and Oracle Software provision and support; 5. ability to monitor and broker cloud based services (Azure, AWS and other); 6. provision of IT Helpdesk and ticketing tool; 7. support of existing Cisco VPN solution for all laptop users (or replacement thereof); 8. service provider must be ISO 27001 certified with a scope that covers their business functions and all services provided to Tideway; 9. provision of SOC Cybersecurity services required to be complaint with 27001 to include (but not limited to) Endpoint protection SIEM, NAC, IPS/IDS; 10. all IT services to be built and maintained to vendor recommendation (to include patch and version updates) to a level it will pass security pentesting; 11. provision of MDM solution for mobile devices; 12. support of Skype Telephony / WePresent wireless presentation / Condecco room booking system; 13. support of networking and uniflow print queue elements of (Canon) managed follow-me printing service; 14. provision of day to day administration of Tideway Active Directory Office365 tenant; 15. provision of Microsoft O365 and office license or administration and management of Enterprise Agreement; 16. provision of IS incident, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Services, to ensure a secure and resilient service; 17. ITIL service management wrap (Major Incident and Incident management, problem management, change management, asset management etc); 18. Service Catalogue and Self service web portal; 19. Project Support with pre-agreed professional services rate card; 20. dedicated onsite support engineers across the 4 Tideway locations to support end-users issues / requests. 21. suitably qualified and experienced named contacts for service, commercial, technical and IT Security issues.
