Tender description
Provision of insurance services excluding broker services for: — Lot 1: Property, — Lot 2: Casualty, — Lot 3: Motor Fleet, — Lot 4: Engineering insurance and inspection. The authority is seeking fixed price tenders based upon long agreement term (as defined in clauses 1.1.28 and 5 of the attached terms and conditions) of 3 years duration with a potential extension period of up to 2 years. The council’s terms and conditions will apply in addition to the successful bidder’s policy wording. Property insurance (including material damage, BI, contract works and fidelity guarantee) excluding broker services. The council is seeking a 3 years LTA with the option to extend for a further 2 years. Liability insurance excluding broker services. The Council is seeking a 3 years LTA with the option to extend for an additional 2 years. Motor fleet insurance excluding broker services. The council is seeking a 3 year LTA with the option to extend for an additional 2 years. Engineering insurance and inspection excluding broker services. The council is seeking a 3 years LTA with the option to extend for an additional 2 years.
