Tender description

The City of Lincoln Council is seeking to procure a contract for the provision of stair lifts, step lifts, through floor lifts and modular ramps/level access doors. There is currently housing stock of circa 8 000 homes across the city and the council is looking to procure a single service provider to carry out the services summarised previously. All property is under the ownership of the Council and all is located within the boundaries of the City. The contract term is 2 years commencing with an option to extend for one further period of 2 years. The scope of the contract will include, The supply and installation of stair lifts, step lifts, through floor lifts and modular ramps. All equipment supplied and installed should be done so in accordance with the relevant and applicable British and international standards.
